Office hours  10am to 4pm Monday to Saturday Evening Clinic from 5.30pm to 9pm - Monday to Fridays for those who have busy schedules!! Session plan: Individual sessions – first session 1 to 1.5 hours except for Quit Smoking sessions which is 2 hours on first session. Follow up sessions 1 hours. Group sessions – from 2 to 10 persons per sessions, tackling such issues as Smoking, Study Skills, Relaxation, Confidence and Stress
