Since  2007 I have been using NLP with my clients to tackle all kinds of issues, including confidence issues, anxiety, fears and phobias.  I am a qualified NLP practitioner through the Irish Institute of NLP.  My studies in NLP prompted an interest in Hypnotherapy and I commenced studying with Martin Kiely at the Martin Kiely Hypnosis Centre in Cork in October 2007. I am a certified member of the National Guild of Hypnotists (NGH) based in Boston.  It is a 10,000 member strong guild and is one of the few organisations in the world which has its own Code of Ethics for the protection of the client. I am vice president of the NGH Ireland Chapter.  I  qualified as a Meridian Energy Practitioner with the AMT in January 2010.  Meridian Energy Therapy is based on the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT).
My hybrid background in Homoeopathy, NLP, Hypnosis, Meridian Energy Therapy,  Life coaching and Education allows me to approach health issues (mental, emotional and physical problems) in a holistic way.  Recently I have added Percussive Suggestion Technique (PSTEC) to the services I offer, which has helped many people deal  with emotional  issues, inlcuding fears, stress, anxiety, compulsions and so on.
