I offer three unique health therapies, which can be used seperately or combined to suit the needs of the client.  My aim is to help you to overcome problems which limit your personal effectiveness at all levels - mentally, emotionally and physically.

Meet me
I am a mechanical engineer with considerable industrial experience as well as nineteen years teaching experience at the Institute of Technology, Tralee. I have been a Life coach for a number of years now, working with mature students returning to education. I have a Masters in the Management of Education (2006) and a Masters in Technology (1999).
I qualified as a Homeopath in 2007 and have a private practice outside Tralee having completed a four year licentiate with the Irish College of Homoeopathy based at the Institute of Technology in Tralee.  I am registered with the Irish Society of Homoeopaths since January 2008.  I have done continuous professional training in Homoeopathy at the George Vithoulkas International School, Alonnisos, Greece.   
Since  2007 I have been using NLP with my clients to tackle all kinds of issues, including confidence issues, anxiety, fears and phobias.  I am a qualified NLP practitioner through the Irish Institute of NLP.  My studies in NLP prompted an interest in Hypnotherapy and I commenced studying with Martin Kiely at the Martin Kiely Hypnosis Centre in Cork in October 2007. I am a certified member of the National Guild of Hypnotists (NGH) based in Boston.  It is a 10,000 member strong guild and is one of the few organisations in the world which has its own Code of Ethics for the protection of the client. I am vice president of the NGH Ireland Chapter.
My hybrid background in Homoeopathy, NLP, Hypnosis and Life coaching and Education allows me to approach health issues (mental, emotional and physical problems) in a holistic way.              [Top of Page]
Fees                                               
Homoeopathy:
First session (1.5 hours) €80.00
Follow up sessions   €60.00  

Hypnotherapy and Neurolinguistic programming:         
No Smoking sessions: €200 (one session plan)
Other sessions: €100  
Please do not hesitate to enquire about reduced fees which are available for the unwaged, students and old aged pensioners.             


Office hours 
10am to 4pm Monday to Saturday
Evening Clinic from 5.30pm to 9pm - Monday to Fridays for those who have busy schedules!!

Session plan:
Individual sessions – first session 1 to 1.5 hours
Follow up sessions 1 hours.
Group sessions – from 2 to 10 persons per sessions, tackling such issues as Smoking, Study Skills, Relaxation, Confidence and Stress

Route 1 Coming from Killarney –Earl of Desmond  (16 miles)
Head towards Tralee on the main road, past the Castleisland roundabout. Take the first left hand turn after the Earl of Desmond Hotel.  At the end of the road, turn right at the T-Junction.  Take the first left at the Bridge (Farmers Bridge) and head straight up the steep hill for a mile.  At the top of the hill you come to a crossroads (Quills Cross).  Go straight through the cross roads and turn in the first gate on the right.  (House is dormer style with brown tiled roof)

Route 2  Coming from Killorglin/Milltown/Castlemaine direction
Head towards Tralee on the main road and 6 miles out of Castlemaine, take the first turn to the right, signposted for Farmers Bridge.  Take an immediate right and 50m from this turn off, turn in to the first gate on the right.  (House is dormer style with brown tiled roof.)

Route 3 Coming from Tralee - on N20 towards Killarney.
 Take the turn off to the right just before  Ballyseede Garden Centre in the direction of Ballyseede Castle. At the end of the road, turn right at the T-Junction.  Take the first left at the Bridge (Farmers Bridge) and head straight up the steep hill for a mile.  At the top of the hill you come to a crossroads (Quills Cross).  Go straight through the cross roads and turn in the first gate on the right.  (House is painted yellow and is dormer style with brown tiled roof.)
